Chenxu Jiang holds a legal academic background and has practiced intellectual property law for over a decade. He is thoroughly versed in the full spectrum of IP services, including IP registration and filing, licensing and transaction, as well as enforcement and protection. His client portfolio spans a wide range of industries, such as advertising, entertainment, fast-moving consumer goods, automotive, heavy machinery, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and medical devices, apparel and footwear, jewelry, luxury goods, education and training, catering, semiconductors, telecommunications, artificial intelligence and more.

As one of the lead heads of the Trademark Department at Shenxin ipwell, he oversees global trademark matters and possesses comprehensive expertise in the entire trademark lifecycle: pre-filing trademark searches, registration applications, licensing and assignment, non-use cancellation proceedings, refusal reviews, trademark oppositions and invalidation actions. His core specialty lies in representing right holders in complex trademark confirmation and dispute cases, handling over one thousand trademark-related matters annually.
