I have a dual academic background in finance and law, with a solid theoretical foundation in law and interdisciplinary professional skills. Currently, I am an intern lawyer at Shanghai Shenxin Law Firm, and I have dual work experience in both law firm practice and corporate legal affairs. I am familiar with the entire process of civil and commercial litigation and enforcement, as well as corporate legal compliance.

During my tenure at the law firm, I have assisted in handling over 100 civil and commercial enforcement cases, covering various causes of action such as traffic accidents, sales contracts, private lending, marriage and family, inheritance and property division, and tort disputes. I have proficiently drafted various litigation documents such as complaints, appeals, legal opinions, and lawyer’s letters, and independently participated in the entire process of practical work including filing, mediation, investigation and evidence collection, evidence verification, and case file organization and archiving. I have outstanding experience in the enforcement field, capable of accurately drafting enforcement documents such as enforcement orders and applications for transfer of cases involving refusal to execute, efficiently conducting property control, thoroughly analyzing bank, WeChat, and Alipay transaction records and providing professional analysis reports, and skillfully coordinating with courts to advance property seizure, freezing, and disposal, as well as payment of funds. I am also proficient in handling enforcement objections and appeals, and possess strong capabilities in advancing enforcement cases and practical operations.In terms of corporate compliance and contract review, I am proficient in reviewing and revising various types of contracts such as sales contracts and service contracts, rigorously ensuring the compliance of contract terms, participating in the review of company systems, effectively identifying and avoiding legal risks, and assisting in handling multiple sales contract disputes, completing evidence collection and providing legal advice, effectively reducing losses for enterprises. I possess excellent legal research, document writing, communication and coordination, and risk control skills. I am diligent and responsible in my work, have rich practical experience, and can quickly adapt to the demands of legal practice.
