Paralegal
I hold a seven-year integrated legal education background. During my undergraduate studies, I systematically studied intellectual property law, acquiring a solid command of both theory and practice in the fields of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and competition law. During my graduate studies, I specialized in criminal law, delving deeply into the elements of crime, rules of criminal evidence, and the defense logic of economic crimes. This cross-disciplinary integration of “IP + Criminal Law” has endowed me with a unique “civil-criminal intersection” mindset, enabling me to examine the legal relationships and risk points in cases from multiple dimensions.
While in school, I obtained the National Legal Professional Qualification Certificate (Category A). I also interned successively at the Public Prosecution Department of a grassroots People’s Procuratorate and the Intellectual Property Division of an Intermediate People’s Court. Through assisting prosecutors in organizing case files and conducting interrogations, as well as supporting judges in pre-trial conferences and drafting judgments, I gained close insight into the operational logic of judicial adjudication and developed rigorous habits of evidence review and standards for legal document drafting.
Since joining the law firm, I have been primarily responsible for the full-cycle advancement of enforcement cases. From online property inquiries and offline asset investigations after case filing, to communicating with enforcement judges and advancing assessment and auction procedures, to representing enforcement objections and participating in enforcement distribution plans—I am well-versed in the difficulties and pain points of the enforcement process. I excel at identifying breakthroughs amid complex or concealed property leads of judgment debtors, helping clients transform favorable judgments into actual rights and interests. Meanwhile, as a core supporting attorney on the team, I have assisted in multiple civil, commercial, and criminal cases, including legal research, drafting complaints and agency opinions, and visualizing evidence chains, providing efficient and precise support to lead counsel. I integrate the sensitivity to detail and rigorous evidence-chain thinking cultivated in criminal investigation into my analysis of enforcement cases, committed to securing the optimal realization of results for every client within the framework of procedural justice. Diligence, meticulousness, and the courage to tackle tough challenges are the standards I set for myself in this profession.
