Graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with a major in law, Mr. Alain Dong obtained his computer science degree from Shanghai Jiaotong University. Mr. Dong has ever practiced intellectual property law for a long time in Shanghai Patent & Trademark Office (SPTO) and D&B Consulting Ltd. Now, Mr. Alain Dong holds the position as managing partner and chief attorney-at-law of China IPwell International Law Firm. Meanwhile, Mr. Dong is the chief legal counselor of many listed companies. Mr. Dong focuses on technical areas of mechanics, software, pharmacy, semi-conductor and tele-communication.

² Shanghai Pobo Financial Information Co, Ltd vs. Bloomberg L.P.: in this case, Mr. Dong advised the court that the protection scope of a well-known trademark in China is limited by region where it is recognized; his advice was adopted in judgment by the court.
² Shanghai Inta Information Technology Co., Ltd vs. Feng Liu and Yin Chen: during this criminal case, Mr. Dong successfully help the company to protect its important trade-secret.
